Swimming :D
SWIMMING :D
At Woodlands Swimming Complex
I woke up at 7.15 am i was suppose to wake up at 7 but who cares. There was still time for me to bath and get ready. Btw , sry if got no pictures . Didnt take pictures. We went to the gym first , first i ran at the tradmill then do some weight lifting then improve my six pacs :D Lol. After that drank water, we exercise about one hour there. lol. Straight away i had to go to the toilet coz it was gonna burst :) No laah, kiddin2 . We checked out and changed at the swimming complex. A lot of people swimming.
Me and my friend challenged each other uhkq who can breathe the longest underwater. Guess who win ? Of course me uhh. Chehh. Ok, swim swim swim sampai tired already the chow. Kaki cramp saa. Lol. It was a good swim btw :D So we planned again to do the same thing next week saturday. Go gym, swimming then petang play soccer. Amaciam ??? Lol. Wanna join ? Chehh tkla.

And maybe next week ill remeber to take some photos. happy. lol
